Page 11 of 61 Route Buses will take the following route: Take SH 55 from Chennai Trade Centre -- Porur -- Go further and see the road going to Mangadu on the left -- proceed further and find SH 55 turning right on to Avadi -- the right turn is just before Karayanchavadi – get on to this road and proceed further -- continue on SH 55 -- it will meet the Chennai-Tiruttani highway, also called the MTH -- Kamaraj statue is erected at this junction -- turn right here and proceed into Avadi until Annadurai statue -- turn left here and enter HVF Estate -- proceed further and reach Jagjivan Ram statue -- turn left here and proceed further -- reach CRPF area -- look for blue sign board of Air Force -- turn left on to the road leading to Air Force Station -- reach Main Gate of Air Force and get directed to the Officers Mess. Members coming on their own may also reach coming through Anna Nagar, Padi, Ambattur, Thirumulaivoyal and Avadi. They will turn right at Annadurai statue and go into HVF Estate and take the same route as above thereafter. Breakfast Breakfast packets will be served in the buses. Those arriving by trains and under own arrangements will be served breakfast packets at the AF Officers Mess. Caterer will load the packets for all the members and their families as per order in the two buses at Indira Nagar Youth Hostel. He will also supply small bottles of mineral water. These will be loaded in the buses as per the number of passengers. Extra packets will be loaded in Bus A for those arriving by train and under own arrangements. Respective bus in charges may ensure proper distribution of packets and mineral water to the passengers. One rep of caterer will accompany the buses. Tea and Coffee on Arrival Will be served by AF Station immediately on arrival. Lunch, Evening Tea and Packed Dinner The caterer will serve all these at appropriate time. Beverages Beer and soft drinks will be available on coupons. Bar is being set up by the Officers Mess, AF Station. Sale of coupons will be under their arrangements.
