The Administrative arrangements, Food and Drinks catering were commendably handled. Transport arrangements from the Youth Hostel were also very well coordinated and executed. On behalf of all Veterans, we avail this opportunity to thank profusely one and all for the excellent cooperation and mutual accommodative understanding everyone displayed in making our Annual Picnic the most memorable one. We look forward for similar enthusiasm and initiative in future events of the AFVOA as well. We have our next meet on 21 March 2010 which will be a Cultural Meet in Day Time. Many Veterans find it difficult to drive back at night after the evening meet and hence the change. Weather these days is also favourable for the Day Meet. We are confident that under the Banner of Sqn Ldr Unni Nair, assisted by other talented and interested Veterans we shall have a very enjoyable entertainment. Our May Meet will hold Annual General Body Meeting. We shall have the Annual Report read and the Budget for 2010 and Account (audited) promulgated. We are extremely thankful to our patron and other active Members of the AFVOA for advice, guidance and support being constantly rendered to the present Executive Committee Members in satisfactorily handling the AFVOA affairs It’s not the hours you put in your work that counts, it's the work you put in the hours.
