In fact, it is meant for entire AFVOA. First of all, I am extremely thankful to you for the Newsletter dt 30.12.2007. and earlier Newsletters also which have been reaching me like ‘Military Precision’. These Newsletters make immensely absorbing reading and are very informative. Moreover, the care and concern shown by the office bearers for other Veterans is really remarkable and touching. I would also like to thank you and extend my gratitude and appreciation for the concept of ‘Friend in Need’. We really need to have something like this to help each other at the time of need. The very fact that we have people to take care of us or to help us, if and when need arises, is very comforting. Unfortunately, I could not attend the Sunday’s ( 20 Jan 2008: Ed) Picnic because of pre-engagement but I am glad to learn from Col Venkataramanan (Treasurer,Ed) that it was thumping success.
