At 1000hrs the Secretary will brief all present regarding the layout of the venue and the activities of the day. (c) Group Games. A number of group games have been planned. Brig Mohan Thomas will give out the details and conduct them with the help of the games organizing committee. (d) Meeting Proceedings. At the end of the games all present will assemble for the Bi-Monthly meeting. (e) Lunch. 1315 hrs to 1400 hrs. (f) Tambola. 1400 hrs to 1500 hrs. There will be a Bumper House and Special Snow Ball. However, guests and dependent children will not be eligible for Snow Ball and Bumper Houses. (g) Recreation. Children’s games and sing songs. (h) Hamper. A raffle will be conducted only for members and their spouses for the two Gift Hamper. (j) Prize Distribution. 1530 hrs. (k) Tea. 1600 hrs. (l) Distribution of Dinner. 1630 hrs. (m) Dispersal. Buses will leave Camp Gloria at 1700 hrs. Administration 10 (a) Meals. Hot breakfast, snacks, lunch and high tea at the venue. Carry home dinner will be provided to each person. (b) PA Equipment. STATION EVENTS Vijay Divas 1. On 16 Dec 1971 India won the Indo-Pak war and also liberated Bangladesh from the clutches of Pakistan. The day is observed each year as Vijay Divas. In remembrance of our fallen heroes who while fighting the enemy laid down their lives in acts of supreme sacrifice, wreaths are laid on War Memorials all over the country. 2.
