The next bi-monthly meeting will be held at 1030 on Sunday, 18 Nov 07 at the Palm Grove Ecological Park and Sports Complex. The meeting will commence with Tambola. The highlight of the meeting will be a Flower Arrangement Competition for Ladies. The program will be as under:- 1015 - 1045 hrs - Contestants for the Flower Arrangement Competition to prepare their displays. 1045 – 1115 hrs - Tambola. 1115 – 1230 hrs - Meeting & Prize Distribution. 1230 - Lunch Rules for the Flower Competition are as follows:- (a) All ladies are welcome to take part in the competition. (b) An individual can enter upto three arrangements. (c) Each arrangement should have a nice placard not more than 2 inches by 6 inches in size. (d) The placard should contain an appropriately descriptive title for the arrangement. (e) The name of the contestant should not be disclosed in the placard. Only the Token Numbers allotted by the organisers should be displayed. (f) All items required for the flower arrangement such as vases, pin holder, flowers, and accessories such as scissors, tapes, paper etc., should be brought by the contestants. (g) Table with table cloth, water and token numbers will be provided at the venue. (h) Contestants are requested to stick to the time schedule. (i) Judges will go around starting 1045 hrs.
