Step 4 Clean a glass bottle (1.5 kgs) dry it completely. Put all the ingredients of step 1 into the bottle. Only after the oil has cooled down mix the step 2 and step 3 ingredients into the bottle. Mix the mango pieces and the masala with a wooden spoon. Close the lid tightly and keep aside for about 2/3 days. The pickle can be used as and when required. The recipe is kind courtesy of Abhilash. Management Lesson: If you try to please everyone, you will eventually lose your ass. @@@@@ Mango Ice Cream Ingredients (To serve 4) 4 ripe mangoes, 1 litre (4 1/2 cups) whole milk, 1 teaspoon lime juice, 4 to 5 tablespoons ground sugar or as desired, 115 ml (4 fluid oz) whipped cream. Method: 1. Peel, stone and cut mangoes into pieces and puree in a blender. 2. Boil milk until it thickens to half its volume. 3. Cool, mix in mango puree and sugar. 4. Pour into the ice tray and cover with aluminium foil or waxed paper and freeze partially. 5. Then take it out, beat well and mix in cream and 1 teaspoon lime juice. 6. Freeze (covered) until set.
