In order to maximise the time available at our disposal at the Picnic Spot, it has been decided to serve Breakfast during the transit in the vehicle. The Picnic Spot is the Century Auditorium, at Camp Gloria, whose address is No 41, Perur Colony, Perur Village, Nemmeli – 603 104. It is located about 4 km beyond the Crocodile Park, off the East Coast Road. It is also proposed to sign post the area, for the benefit of those officers who may prefer to come on their own. 45. A nominal amount of Rs. 150/- per head is being requested as contribution from each one to defray part of the expenses on account of transportation, accommodation and catering. As a gesture of goodwill, it has been decided to treat children below the age of 10 years (we trust the members as regards the age and shall NOT insist on proof of age, unlike the Railways etc.!) as guests of the AFVOA.
