We both were floored by the sample eBook and accepted the idea of Ravi instantly. More than the resumption of the publication of Newsletter, the methodology adopted for the introduction of the eBook was the harbinger for more technology based solutions introduced later for AFVOA. As the articles start coming in I would send them to Vartha Sir for his comments and approval. After he give his thumbs up, they had made ready in a printable format. I would go through each article and edit them for correctness of grammar, punctuations etc. Then I had to format them as per our template and ensure standardisation of font, font size etc. I would also add photos and graphics to make them presentable and after that I would forward them to Ravi.
