Ravi would then send the final draft to Vartha Sir for his approval. Once approved Ravi would convert the Newsletter in word format to an eBook and also make a PDF version. Once the Newsletter is released Ravi would place the same in our AFVOA website. Publication of the Newsletters has been a great learning curve for us because, thanks to Ravi we have many new concepts in our newsletters like eBook, audio files etc. We have also had the support of many non-members who have willingly forwarded their articles for publication. This mammoth task that we have achieved has not been without hiccups. Within the Editorial Committee we have had many disagreements between the three of us on the content, selection of articles and many other things and have literally fought over it but at end we had an unwritten understanding that we go by the majority and this has worked beautifully for us. e Connect Series.
