Survey Board of Property held on Charge A board of officers carried out a physical check and Survey of the property held on charge by the AFVOA. The recommendations of the Board are available to the members for perusal. Reorganization of the Office and Filing System The filing system has been reorganized to make it “user friendly”. Subject/Topic wise folders have been created and letters filed accordingly. Weeding out of old and unwanted correspondence has also been carried out. Two steel almirahs have been procured to keep our records and property in safe custody.
