The whol e world and more parti cul ar ly our country seems to be reinventing itsel f. The old syst ems and controls with whi ch we grew up have fast receded giving way to waves and waves of f resh breath and with it new ideas every day. Strange. In our days elders deni ed us the liberti es they did not avail themselves of. Such an outlook would be l aughabl e today. Galloping technology and short ening dist ances have given us an opportunity to enjoy new and hitherto unheard of f reedom. And this brings us to another and a very import ant topic, that which is close to our hear ts - that of vet erans. Every one agrees that in the last sixty or so years, with the maturity of our nation, the frat ernity of veterans have al so reached a new l evel of consciousness in thei r out look.
