As every member is aware our association is growing from strength to strength. At every meeting we find the healthy trend of newly retired officers, full of enthusiasm and expectation joining our fold. What do they find in us? Simply put, it is the fellowship of the uniform and the camaraderie of brother officers which they enjoyed during their service and which they wish to continue. Above all, it is the ladies who find a closeness in this and desire to be part of our fine get-togethers. “Did you know” said an elderly lady who rarely missed a meet, “most officers come to the meeting because the ladies want to come.” That is the level of family spirit that pervades our meetings.
