Break the eggs one at a time and add to the cake batter and beat till smooth. The batter looks almost glossy when done. Divide the batter into the tins and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) and bake for another 25 minutes till done (a skewer inserted in it should come out clean).
