Data Sheets As brought out earlier, it is nine years since the Association commenced functioning. After a while, we began collecting data about members – and as time progressed, we revised the form a number of times. Quite often the members mentioned that they would send in the forms subsequently, which seldom reached. In order to bring in uniformity, and ensure that data of all active members is available, we are enclosing the revised format along with this Newsletter. It is requested that members may kindly complete the same, enclose two passport copies of photographs of the member and spouse (these are also required for the ECHS forms, and hence additional copies of photographs will be available) can be enclosed here). A stamped, self addressed envelope is also enclosed with the Newsletter to help you return the form, together with your annual subscription (if due) and charges for the ensuing Meeting, so as to reach us by the 20 th August 2003. Your co-operation in this matter will be appreciated. Farewell One of our earliest members Capt VR Chitrapu has since retired from service on attaining the age of 60 yrs on 31 may 2003. He is now relocated to a village named Vempadu which is on NH 5, 706 kms from Madras and 972 kms from Calcutta. He has taken up gardening and farming as full time occupation.
