Madras Gymkhana Club An Extraordinary General Body Meeting (EGBM) of the Club was held on the 30 Jun 2000. For the first time in recent years the Area Headquarters, took the lead in calling for a meeting at the Area Mess, prior to the meeting at the Club. This helped in cementing all the Garrison members together so that they could vote in a cohesive manner. One of the main points discussed related to increasing the subscriptions from the present Rs 100/- per month to Rs 150/- per month.
