This data will be useful when we take up the task of a major overhaul of the website, a couple of years down the line. 3. User Preferences / Flow This infographic details the preferences of users from various locations on the type of content within the website. During May & Jun 2021, the ‘Newsletters’ page, ‘Events’ page as well as privileged data available within the Members’ Lounge seemed to have attracted the attention of users. We will continue our analysis regularly and address the pointers during our upgrades.
