It’s even perceived as a tool to teach you things you already know!! The truth is, Training can be EnterTraining and Interesting and the main purpose is to engage, energise and enthuse the participants to be the best of who they are!! It doesn’t have to be long drawn, intense or even cumbersome!! Our experience in the Accelerated Learning Field for 2 decades, has assisted our understanding that High Energy Facilitations can build a High Impact Learning platformwhich can create High Performing Individuals and teams!! The whole effort is to use engaging activity-oriented tools to impart actionable ideas that bring teams out from mediocrity and closer to excellence!! The awareness that ordinariness and the usual, is highly limiting and that each one possesses an innate aspiration and need to shine, allows for acceptance and action! Training is not at fault, the methodologies and the ordinariness of the Trainers are the stigma that needs to break! In fact, Teachers and Trainers need to make way for Facilitators and Energy Managers!! It’s highly pertinent and relevant. I can only close with saying, what I have illustrated above, actually, should be titled - “Why the World needs Training!
