A substitute for exhaust fan is a burning candle placed near the stove. 4. To keep cheese fresh for a long time, add a lump of sugar to the cheese tin or plate before covering it. 5. To enrich and enhance the taste of Chappatis, add a handful each of Moongdal, Soyabeans and Methi to a kilogram of wheat before grinding.
