La Rochefoucauld Inauguration of Armed Forces Tribunal The Regional Bench of the Armed Forces Tribunal, Chennai was inaugurated on Saturday, the 24th October 2009 at the Chanakya Auditorium of the OTA, St Thomas Mount.
