The Annual General Meeting of AFVOA will be held at 1730 hrs on 04 Jun 2006 at the Palm Grove Ecological Park and Sports Complex, Island Grounds, Chennai- 600009. 2. The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows:- (a) Opening Address by the President. (b) Introduction of Core Groups Concept by Maj Gen R Karthikeyan. (c) Presentation of Annual Report by the Secretary. (d) Presentation of Audited Accounts by Treasurer. (e) Discussion Points. (f) Election of New Committee. (g) Felicitations. (h) Vote of Thanks 3. Points for discussion from Members should reach the Secretary positively by 25 May 2006. Points received thereafter will not be taken up for discussion without the permission of the Chair. 4. Members desirous of proposing candidates for election to the Executive Committee may please handover the Form of nomination to the Secretary on 04 Jun 2006 at the commencement of the meeting.
