Proof of membership of ECHS to be produced. b) Rush to any other hospital, if above type not available at hand, access treatment, and INFORM nearest Polyclinic as well as the parent Polyclinic to which the member is attached within 48 hours. On completion of treatment/discharge, make payment, and submit bills to polyclinic normally attached to for further processing through the chain of command up to the ECHS Central Organisation, New Delhi. Dental treatment 14. Gen Girish outlined the procedure that would be followed should any member need a denture or an implant. In this case the mould would be sent to an empanelled dental laboratory, and the denture, upon receipt, would he given to the member patient, and on entry made in his/her smart card, If the member needed advanced treatment/diagnostics, he/she would go to a MDC or to an empanelled facility, as per choice. If to an empanelled facility, the bill for services would be submitted to the Polyclinic, which would then put up the same to the Station Commander for authorising payment.
