They are requested to pay the same immediately, failing which they are liable for cancellation of membership. ECHS 53. The Smart card is being despatched by the Company in batches. Members who have enrolled in the Scheme and have already paid for the Smart card at the rate of Rs 90.00 per card will be intimated by the Station Headquarters, on receipt of the cards by them. Those who did not pay the amount towards the Cards, when they deposited the application forms, are advised to deposit the amount as soon as possible. As many are aware, the amount is to be paid through a Demand Draft made out in favour of “Regional Centre, ECHS”, payable at Chennai. The draft can be obtained from any scheduled bank. MH 54. It is learnt that the MH, Chennai, is likely to move to its permanent location at Nandamabakkam (opposite to the Defence Officers Colony) and be operational from the new location with effect from 01 st January 2005. Expiry Date of LPG cylinders 55. Do you know that there is an expiry date also for the cylinder? Yes there is. Life expired cylinders are not very safe to be put to use. So in future please be cautious when accepting the next cylinder onwards from the vendor. On the stem of the cylinder the expiry date is given in a coded format like D06. This means that the expiry date for that cylinder is the last quarter of 2006. The first alphabet like A,B,C,D indicate the quarter ending Mar, Jun, Sep, Dec and the last two digits indicate the year. This important information should be most importantly known to the lady wife.
