A sub committee headed by Maj Gen R Karthikeyan is scrutinizing the contents of the Memorandum of the Association, so as to suggest suitable modifications/alterations for incorporation. Members who have any suggestions in the matter, may kindly forward the same in writing to the General for further processing . This is to be passed by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Association and then transmitted to the Registrar of Societies. Members who have not collected the copy of the printed Byelaws may kindly do so now from Col N Viswanathan. SOP. 28. After the last Meeting, based on the feedback received on the special function, a sub committee headed by Col A Krishnaswami, VrC, VSM** has been constituted to make out a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure better co-ordination, time management and overcome drawbacks noticed during the last function. Members interested in forwarding additional points may kindly hand in the same soonest to the Colonel. Membership. 29. Some members suggested that membership fees be collected once during the life time of the individual, rather than pay every year. A sub committee under the Chairmanship of AVM V Krishnaswamy, VSM has been formed to go into the matter and suggest a suitable proposal, which can then be included in the Bye laws. Members desirous of forwarding suggestions on this subject may kindly pass the points to the Air Marshal at the earliest.
