Section 3 – Value Add / Special Tasks CV 2 No. 01 / 2021 Page 44 of 123 Revision of Bye-laws of AFVOA During the last AGMon 06 Dec 2020, the Members agreed that a revision of AFVOA Bye- Laws was due and necessary. Five of our Members volunteered to form the Committee to take on the task. Col Bhupinder Singh agreed to head the Committee. The AFVOA appreciates and acknowledges their prompt support to the Association. The composition of the Committee is as below : Col Bhupinder Singh – Presiding Officer Brig K Muthulaxmy Col R S Varadhan Col C M Unnithan Surg Capt R V Natarajan No specific terms of reference have been issued. The Committee has been requested to address all issues to make our Bye-Laws remain in sync with the times. The Committee was given time till 28 Feb 2021 to submit it’s report. The Committee has already submitted it’s report. The suggestions will be taken up for discussion and voting with the Members soon.
