Our endeavour is to bring many prominent personalities to share their expertise and achievements in their respective fields with us. We have held 11 eConnect series talk shows since the issue of the last newsletter on 16 Dec 2020. We have received tremendous support, appreciation and encouragement from members and their spouses and we in our Management Committee wish to convey our sincere thanks to all of you. We are hopeful of bringing in more eminent speakers of repute and more interesting topics in the coming months. A short and crisp references to the virtual meetings are presented below : Date 16 Dec 2020 Time 7:00 pm Mr Shankar Mahadevan, the renowned Composer, Playback Singer, Actor and Music Director spoke to us about his journey in the field of Music and Cinema. He interspersed his talk with some scintillating songs. Date 20 Dec 2020 Time 02 :00 pm Our guest on show was Mr Karun Chandok, the famous Formula 1 race driver. He spoke to us about his journey from Chennai to F 1 race track. He gave a deep insight about what F 1 car racing is all about and the nuances involved is such top class races. Date 10 Jan 2021 Time 11:00 am Ms Shylaja Chetlur the multi-faceted and talented actor, filmmaker, entrepreneur, and social activist was the guest speaker on our show. She took us through the world of cinema and how it has contributed to the social upliftment the world over.
