Brig V A Subramanyam Thanks Air Marshal Vartha, Ravi and Harsha and the TEAM. You are doing a fabulous job. I’ve gone through almost all the Newsletters that have been digitized. It has taken me back to those ‘old days’ when we took so much energy in bringing those out. You’ve been doing a great Job - as it is wonderful to look back on history, so that we know where we started and how far have we have traversed. 2. Col A Krishnaswami Vr C VSM & Bar Dear Team VARTHA All along since the inception of the Association in1994, I was the lone custodian of the newsletters being appointed as the Chronicler by the Patron Lt Gen C Sundararao. He used to stress that ‘We should have sense of History and not forget the details’. Our Newsletter covered all the events very faithfully documented our activities. So I have been preserving this important documents with his advice. I have also been privy to many a happy events and so also to some unhappy events. So for any queries the joke used to be "Ask Krish" That is no longer required as, past information is available in digital format. The digitising will be enabling any one to go down the memory lane. What a great job the team members have done for the veteran community!!Kudos to everyone who enabled this stupendous task. Let us for future have a master copy of all the correspondence emanating from the AFVOA in an exclusive file and kept as Archives Records. My personal copies that has been utilised and am more than happy that they are in public domain. You may retain them if you wish as my purpose has been fulfilled by this amazing team. I have done my bit and will certainly try and continue to be useful to the AFVOA Members whenever they feel that I can be of assistance. Jai Hind and best wishes for all your endeavours. God bless.
