A meeting of Veteran Officers residing in Chennai with the new GOC was organised on 11 Jan 21 at PGOI. This meeting was attended by 30 members of AFVOA. In his impromptu address to the Veterans, GOC assured of his full support in mitigating the issues faced by them. Highlight of the meeting was a cake cutting ceremony in which the cake was cut by Sqn Ldr Unni Nair – the youngest Veteran present and the first piece of cake was offered by him to Col A Krishnaswami VrC VSM & Bar, the senior most Veteran.
