Section 6 - Memoirs CV 2 No. 02 / 2021 Page 192 of 332 • Now armed with all inputs from Vartha Sir and Ravi, I was responsible for sending a detailed mail to the speaker with the sequence of events that would take place on the day of the meeting and send him the log in details of Zoom. • Then next I will convert the flyer received in Word format from Vartha Sir and convert it to JPEG format and add the link for the YouTube and send email to AFVOA mail group and WhatsApp group. • 48 hours before the talk show is scheduled, Varths Sir would draft out the reminder and send it to me which again I would again convert to JPEG and send reminders to our members. • Once the invitation is sent to the speaker it is up to me to maintain liaison with the speaker. • On the day of eConnect Ravi starts the meeting at 1030h, starts the recording and goes live on YouTube • At 1100h, Vartha Sir welcomes the members and speaker and the meeting gets going. • I then introduce the speaker and moderate the show. After the talk is over I initiate the Q & A session. • After the meeting, recording of the meeting is downloaded from Zoom and retained for posterity. • Finally a Thank you Note is sent by me to the speaker. Our YouTube Channel This was the classic case of one good thing leading to another. While our eConnect series ensured that we got some of the best Speakers on the scene on diverse topics to interact with our Members, it was equally important to archive the interaction for posterity. Our natural choice descended on creation of an YouTube Channel, all of our own. Our Channel was launched during Sep 2020 and all eConnect
