Does anyone know what is meant by the terms ‘Military’ or ‘Armed Forces’? We now know for certain that the civilization of the early 21 st century still had a standing Army, an Air Force and a Navy! Much advanced than their predecessors during the Common Era but battles / wars were fought face-to-face with enemy, using equipment that were gradually improving with time on the level of sophistication. The civilization of the 21 st century had graduated much beyond the cavalry and elephant brigades of the earlier times, replaced them with attack Helicopters, armoured vehicles and ballistic missiles and had made tremendous inroads into electronic warfare! 2. Very few of their Fighter aircraft fleet could break the sound barrier but yet they labelled all their Fighter aircraft as ‘high performance” aircraft! Drone based warfare, what we now consider as primitive air borne warfare, was the most sophisticated technology then! And a very few countries had them! The present day concept of ‘Thought Process Control’ was simply unthinkable then! 3.
