Retirement communities aka Senior Citizen's homes, are often dismissed as 'Old Age' homes where a bunch of decrepit seniors live their twilight years, hopelessly abandoned, by their children! I beg to differ from that horrible and biased opinion! It was our Choice, Col. Rajan's and mine entirely to move into one. The move itself came by rather accidentally when we visited a friend at Coimbatore who had recently moved into a Retirement Community for Seniors, run by an Ex-Army Veteran, Col. A. Sridharan, Arty. What an eye opener that was! C
