The Committee didn’t have to look too far for inspiration. A Case Study of this paradigm was readily available from the life of the living legend and the celebrity Speaker today, Dr Sudha Raghunathan. Spurred on by the vociferous and liberally expressive enthusiasm of the few that represent the august body of the members of AFVOA, the Managing Committee is aiming for the stars now – not just euphemistically but by arranging a session with the shining star of the contemporary Carnatic music domain. As the author of this review set about to start, he experienced a sudden gush of momentary ‘Writer’s Block’, not because of his inability to be creative but the sheer enormity of the achievements of the celebrity of the day. He was instantly reminded of a text in a sudden stationary still in a fast moving sequence, from a successful Tamil movie of the 80s, just before the legendary Sivaji Ganesan appears in the frame for the first time, directed by the emerging and famous Director Bhagyaraj (Movie ‘Dhavanik Kanavugal’). It read as ' ஒ� இமயத்�டன் இைணவ�ல் ெப�ைமப் ப��ேறாம் ' . (translates as ‘Proud to be associated with a thespian actor’). The feelings of the members today are no different about AFVOA’s association with the one and only Dr Sudha Raghunathan. T
